When I finally reached out, I couldn’t believe how lucky I was to find Paul. From the moment I called him, he was friendly, genuine, and reassuring. He came round within the hour, brought the perfect tap with him (so I didn’t have to stress about finding one), quickly found the leak, and had everything sorted within a couple of hours. Not only did he do a fantastic job at a fair price, but he’s also one of the nicest people I’ve ever met. As a woman inviting someone into my home, I really appreciated how safe and comfortable I felt, Paul is easy to talk to, trustworthy, and truly a lovely person.
